Seagrape by the Sea offers a fully equipped kitchen where one can prepare their catch of the day. The living room has cable TV and views of the sea. Other amenities include telephone, air condition, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer/dryer and a dock for a rental boat. Sorry no smoking or pets. Located only 5 minutes away is one of Abaco's most frequented snorkeling spots called "Mermaid's Reef".     At the reef you can swim among bright tropical fish or enjoy the varied sea life on the live reef heads (shoals). The "downtown tourist strip" is approx. 2-3 miles away, where there are local souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants and much more. Cars and mopeds can be rented on the downtown tourist strip, day rentals are excellent for exploring Great Abaco which is 135 miles long. The Abaco's are made up of multiple outer islands all within close proximity to Great Abaco. Visiting the outer islands is an excellent idea for a day trip in a rental boat or take the local island ferry. If you enjoy fishing, there is good fishing from the shared dock at Seagrape by the Sea. The quiet but friendly neighborhood makes Seagrape an ideal location for a couple or small family.
